Technical Support Executive


Responsibilities

  • To provide clients and dealers on the technical assistance and support.
  • Educate and train dealers on technical information and installation of company’s products.
  • To provide trouble shooting at site.
  • Regular check at the site on the functioning of the company’s product.
  • Servicing and ensure the functioning of the company’s products at client’s site.
  • To provide technical services at the shortest call-up time.

Requirement

  • At least a diploma or degree in engineering. Preferably in electrical engineering.
  • Those without a degree but with a minimum 2-year experience will be considered.
  • Training at our Beijing and Tianjin will be provided for successful candidates.
  • Fresh graduate with positive attitude will be considered.
